Pick-Up and Delivery for Service
For safety reasons, we want to minimize personal contact as much as possible. At the moment, we are only scheduling pick-ups and deliveries by phone, but we are currently working on a way to handle this through our online scheduler. After pick-up or delivery is scheduled, we will contact you prior to our driver reaching you to pick-up your vehicle, and will send you a work order with the estimated cost. We will verify your authorization to work on your vehicle via text or email. Once your vehicle is ready, we will email you a secure payment link. Your vehicle will be disinfected thoroughly when service is completed.
What We're Doing to Disinfect for the Coronavirus
We understand that the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a major concern for customers, so we want to be transparent in how we're handling it. To start, all of our associates have been instructed to stay home if they are feeling sick. We disinfect all frequently touched points in the vehicle (door handles, steering wheel, radio knobs, etc.) prior to working on it and again after our work is completed, so it can be safely returned to you. If you are at the dealership while your vehicle is being serviced, you will even be able to see us disinfecting the vehicle before we return it to you.
